How to make soda bottle rocket. Tape the pencils firmly at 3 equal locations around the bottle. Carefully pour approximately 1 heaping tablespoon of baking soda onto a folded select-a-size paper towel sheet. Then fold and roll it so it will fit into the neck of the soda bottle.
Mark a line 2 inches from the bottom of the soda bottle pour the vinegar to that line. In a couple of hours or less you could make this water rocket. Water rockets use water and pressurized air to launch a soda bottles 100s of feet into the air.

Put the 12 inch pipe into the empty bottle of diet soda. Screw a full soda bottle onto the other end of the ball valve. Turn the valve to release the mentos and watch your empty soda bottle soar.
